The term 'YoursCabs', 'us', or 'we' refers to the owner of the website www.yourscabs.com. Content on the pages of this website is for general information and subject to change without notice.

• Your use of any information on this website is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that products or services meet your specific travel requirements.
• This website contains material licensed to or owned by us, including design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited under copyright law.
• All trademarks displayed on this site which are not property of YoursCabs are duly acknowledged.

2. Cab Booking & Vehicle Policies

• Vehicle Category Guarantee: When you book with YoursCabs, we guarantee a vehicle within your chosen category (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, or Innova Crysta), but specific car models/color choices depend on availability.
• Driver & License Verification: Customers must verify the driver’s identity and commercial license plate at pickup. Do not board any non-commercially licensed vehicle.
• Luggage & Passengers: Passenger limits and baggage capacity must comply strictly with the booked vehicle category limits.
• CNG / Fuel Tariffs: CNG cabs are available on designated CNG routes. Additional charges apply on non-CNG routes as per actual per-kilometer tariffs.

3. Distance & Billing Terms

• Distances are calculated via Google Maps location data. Extra distance beyond initial booking parameters is charged at standard per-km rates.
• Toll taxes, state border entry taxes, parking fees, and airport entry charges are payable by the customer as per actual receipts.
• One calendar day is defined from 00:00 (Midnight) to 23:59 (Midnight).
• The remaining balance amount must be settled directly with the driver at the commencement of your trip.
